Two of our biggest deals last year started in a Bold Bookings sequence. The targeting is sharper than anything our SDR team was doing in-house.
From cold inbox
to booked calendar.
We run pay-per-meeting cold outbound for B2B teams. List, infrastructure, copy, replies — the whole engine. You only pay when a qualified prospect lands on your calendar and shows up.
A few words from people who pay us.
Six of the sixty operators, RevOps leads, and founders who've trusted us with their pipeline. We send them only when they show up to meetings.
We tried three outbound agencies before this. The difference is they actually understand our ICP — not just the firmographics, but the wedge.
The pay-per-show model removed all the politics. We don't argue about open rates any more — we just look at the calendar.
Calendars filling within three weeks. They handled domain warm-up, copy, replies — I just had to turn up to the calls. Zero overhead on my side.
We closed our first six-figure deal from a Bold Bookings sequence in month two. The team doesn't just send mail — they think like sellers.
Our reply rate tripled the moment they took over copy. They write like an actual salesperson, not a marketing intern.
Three engagements, measured the same way.
No vanity metrics. We track qualified meetings booked, pipeline created, and close rate — before we started, and after.
Helix Labs
Vertical SaaS · Series AInbound had plateaued. Their two SDRs were drowning in admin and the CEO was running the few outbound deals himself. We took outbound entirely off their plate.
Northwind Capital
B2B financial servicesLong sales cycles, ten-figure target accounts, no margin for sloppy outreach. We built a hyper-targeted account list of 1,800 and ran a multi-step warm sequence.
Atlas BPO
Services · BootstrappedA founder-led services business with no marketing function. They needed a predictable, low-effort flow of qualified discovery calls without hiring an SDR.
Live in seventeen days. No exceptions.
The whole engine — infrastructure, list, copy, sequencing — built and tuned in under three weeks. Same playbook for every client.
-
Day 01
Onboarding & infrastructure
We provision sender domains, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, set up dedicated mailboxes, and connect the sending stack to your CRM. By the end of day one, the rails are live.
-
Day 03
ICP & strategy lock-in
A 90-minute working session with your CEO or RevOps lead. We pressure-test ICP definitions, identify trigger events, and decide which segments lead the launch.
-
Days 04 — 10
List, copy & workflow build
We hand-build a sourced list of 3–8K verified contacts, write five-step sequences in your founder's voice, and stage the workflows. Every line is reviewed before you see it.
-
Days 11 — 15
Deliverability tuning
Warm-up patterns, send caps, inbox placement testing, blacklist monitoring. We run live tests across providers (Google, Outlook, Zoho) so day-one volume is safe.
-
Days 16 — 17
Launch & optimise
Sequences go live. We monitor reply quality daily, iterate on subject lines and angles weekly, and start delivering booked meetings — usually within the first ten business days.

Common questions.
If your question isn't here, just put it in the booking call and we'll answer it then.
How do you actually qualify a "qualified meeting"?
Three checks: the prospect matches your written ICP, they have authority or strong influence over the decision, and they showed up to the call. If any one of those fails, you don't pay for that meeting.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
Yes — natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, and Close. For anything else we use Zapier or a direct API. Booked meetings, contact records, and sequence activity all sync to your existing pipeline view.
When do I see the first booked meetings?
Sequences launch on day 17 of onboarding. Most clients see their first qualified meetings booked within the first ten business days of sending — typically by day 27 from kickoff.
How many meetings can I expect per month?
Depends on your TAM, ACV, and how narrow your ICP is. Most clients land between 15 and 45 qualified meetings per month after the first 60 days. We give you a realistic forecast on the discovery call — not a fantasy.
How much of my time does this take?
About 90 minutes for kickoff, 30 minutes a week thereafter. We need a sales-trained voice in the loop — usually a founder or sales lead — to review copy and weigh in on edge-case replies. Everything else is on us.
Who is Bold Bookings not for?
B2C, sub-£2K ACV, TAMs under 5,000 accounts, or pre-product founders still searching for an offer. Cold outbound only works when the offer already converts in warm contexts. If yours doesn't, we'll tell you on the call and won't take you on.
Ready to fill
your calendar?
A 25-minute discovery call. We'll tell you on the call whether we can deliver on your TAM and offer — or whether you'd be better off not hiring us.
